It's so hard to believe our little Henry is over a year old. It's been quite some time since our last post and soooooo much has happened! At Henry's one year check up he weighed in at 24.5 lbs and was 31.5" tall. He's walking and running like a pro these days and greets Mommy and Daddy with a running hug everyday after work. He is saying "mom", "up", and "da da" and is working on "cat". He loves being outside and has had so much fun at Grandmom and Pop's pool this summer. He went to the beach for the first time in July and LOVED the sand so much. He wasn't too crazy about the 6' waves though! For his first birthday we took him to the Baltimore Aquarium to see the fish. He loved it! And of course we had to have a party complete with a jungle theme and a monkey cake!
The morning of Henry's birthday Matt and I both stayed home from work. We surprised him when he woke up with balloons and a pancake breakfast! Then off we went to the aquarium.
